Just because i shared that positive comments're very important for a person in frontline service, it caused so much crap on my tagger. Something simple and plain, ended up nasty.

Work was alright. Hot seat..so served many taxpayers. Rah..most had smoker's breath..kills me. Also, many spoke cheena..kinda ashamed im a chinese yet i can't get the language anywhere near being right. =/
