Delifrance
Sun was HOT HOT HOT at Siloso today!! Melissa and Woman were great company. =)) Im so so so sun-kissed..haha..
Anyway, Delifrance is so gonna get it from me. Im writing in a complain letter. Havent scolded them nuff..but yea, dont mess with me.
Firstly, this female customer wanted her full white baguette cut into smaller pieces as she didnt want to carry the 'long stick' around while shopping. The staff said it wasnt possible and declined her harshly. I was pretty shocked because how difficult is it cutting up a piece of warm dough?? They could have told her to leave it with them first and collect after her shopping trip or simply just cut the shit for her. Meanwhile, i was waiting to pay for my 2 sandwiches. Damn..they made me wait like shit long. Oh please..cant someone deal with it and the other handle the rest of the awaitin customers? Okie, thats scene 1.
Next, i paid the $10 with the delifrance coupon. It'll save me bout $2.60. Thats a lot from delifrance. Anyways, the auntie asked me why didnt i present it before ordering because she had already keyed in the amount. I just stared at her and said the coupon didnt asks the customer to present before ordering. Fuck..she replied saying the same shit. So i just stared hard at her. She stood there like a freak waiting for the manager to come and un-do the mistake at the cashier. Jesus!! I waited for another like 10 years. Finally, i told her to take back the 2 sandwiches and that i wanted my money back. What did she reply?? "But we've already prepared ur food". Hello..i dont care!! Why cant she just bloody retype the amount?? Told her i was in a rush and all she said was that i could pay $8.60 as she had typed. Fuck..thats a dumb suggestion?? I didnt reply anything, all i did was stared harder and displayed on some body language.
Im no pushover just because i look like a young girl. Customer's always right. If Delifrance have to deal with 2 unhappy customers in a row, i think there's really something wrong with the staff. The manager ended up apologizin to me of course. But honestly, im still very dissed with them. So i've decided to write in this week. And i think my anger's very justified. Retyping the amount and cutting up a dough for 2 customers was such a difficult task for them. Seriously..maybe they dont suit this line.
Glad my Dad supported me after i relate the entire incident to him. I dont think im wrong at all. Aint pmsing so dont say im petty and making a big fuss. Im not.
