48 Weeks Post Partum: Traveling with 11 month old to Bandung

We will be away for a week and i'm bringing the following:

1) frozen food in cubes
Just portion and freeze, throw in slow cooker before we set off each morning

2) rice
3) oatmeal
4) snacks
5) dry ice box to store the cubes
We will check into our luggage and store them in the airbnb's fridge upon arrival

6) slow cooker
7) Thermal flask
In case i need to heat up the pouch or food

8) 2 food pouches for emergencies
9) Tons of spoons, and wet tissues

We had decided against BLW for this trip and so i will prep her congee meals daily.
Fresh food for this trip (:

Logistics wise, its equivalent of that when she was 5 months old.

Thats cause i won't be bringing my pump and the likes.
Direct latch all the way since we will also be co-sleeping.
Hopefully she transition back to her own nursery without much trouble when we come home.

Baby World Fair // Expo 13-15 JAN 2017

The items to purchase get fewer at such fairs.
Audria is 11 months as of this post.
The free goodie bag consist of some sample diapers, snacks, wet wipes, ice packs, toys and vouchers.
Always remember to ask for samples from KCA, Bosomi and Huggies/Drypers booth.

I bought some organic bites for her, ezpz Mini Mat, nursing bras and some mini books to entertain her on the trip we are heading tomorrow.
Ez Pz mats are coming out with nordic colours next month!!

These days, i do prefer shopping at supermarket since i cook her meals, and also checking out new organic pouch brands. Latest obsession is this brand little freddie.

Though i very rarely offer her pouch food, i realise I'm obsessed with buying them.

Time to clear stocks from my kitchen.

She likes Bellamys food pouch as well.

Not so much on Gerber or Heinz.

After all, its definitely wiser to feed your child food from the soil than food from the factory.

But hey hey, i don't judge those who do offer.

Aint nobody got time to cook complex meals for their child from time to time.

IMM nursing room

This particular baby care room is located at level 3.

Don't bother going to the rest because it stinks so badly.

Problem when the diaper station is located inside the handicap cubicle.

Lets just say, this one is good enough.

At least it doesn't stink.

I nearly died at Level 1's "baby care room".

The stench was bad.

I hope more mummies/daddies/helpers will learn to wrap the soiled diapers properly before disposing into the bins. But maybe thats too much to ask for.

Raffles City Shopping Mall Nursing Room

Makes me super happy to enter a nice and cosy nursing room.

4 diaper stations, hot water dispenser, private rooms with lock to nurse/pump.

A sitting area for husband/helper.

Huge space to push a pram in.

Its located on level 3 of the mall and its the only available baby care room.
The rest are not so acceptable because the diaper station is located inside the handicap cubicle :(
But no choice if you have to change a soiled diaper fast.
