Papa

A simple ceremony at IHM's columbarium yesterday. Papa may have passed away a year ago but the pain is still as bad. I certainly cannot deal with death. Not now, not forever.

Almost the end of consultation week. My computer's still down. Been catching up on work and assignments with Pauline daily. A pat on my own back.

Weather was a letdown at Sentosa. Where's my mighty sun. *pouts* Was swimming from island to island hoping to get tann under the UV rays. Haha. Again this weekend boys!

Then dirtyboy and i had cheap hawker food at Chinatown. Oh my fav chilli Lou Tou Fu.. *orgasms* Haha. And the Ah Balling Peanut dessert!!! =)) Jenn, when're we heading there again?? Muahaha.

As for today, i wenta IHM with Godma for mass. Going again this Wednesday. Its Godpa's 1st dead ani. Sigh, just miss him so very very much.. ='(

I wish my older sister stays at her hostel durin weekends. And if im feeling that way, it prolly doesnt define "family" anymore.

Was crying my hearts out yesternight. We had to "sleep" at a playground till it was nearer 4am before heading home. Why's my sister like that.

And Shuming...thanks for the concern. I have no idea why i choose to msg you. Haha. Obviously the right person to seek comfort from. *hugs* I detest being a middle-child. And im much more apologetic for havin to reschedule our Sentosa outing to tmr. =/

So i've been skipping Biz.Mgmt tutes for 2 weeks. Guilty but yea..will work hard next week. Promise made to myself.

Wenta Emerald Hill 5 with dirtyboy on wed night. Fabulous place to chill although the DJ played POP/R&B songs. *faints* Had my chiken congee at after some drinks at River Valley Rd. While flagging for a damn cab, 2 gorgeous angmohs flunked opened their car door at the traffic light and called out to me. They were offering a cab ride. Perhaps they want a threesome with an asian chic. Haha. Funny huh! *grins* Blame it on my way-too-sexy-clubbin-outfit for hungry ghost festival. O_o

Shopping again, Paragon this time. Think im considering Fitness First instead of California Fitness. I know the overcrowded situation there because i've worked there part-time before. Thing is, membership is abit too steep. Rather use that money to fun my shoppin sprees. Afterall, shopping is my cardio, not exercising. I've been in good shape okies! Have always been. Haha.

Ice-skating's fun fun fun!! =) Boys were great company. Moosik was so corny..but i must admit the old men there can sure skate like they're 16 instead of 60. I'll work on it again the next time..still cannot stop properly.

Anyways, i keep getting this email from UPIN19MINS. Title of the junkmail was FASTERECTION. Oh fcuk..i keep blocking this sender but it doesnt work. Do i look like i've a bird?? Quit it already! *fumes*

I realised in a week's time, it'll be end of term1 for me. Then comes consultation week. Great, i didnt sit down and study. I suck at biz and mgmt.

Yesterday's National Day dinner at Kovan was pathetic. George Yeo's speech (a total of 15mins) was done at the expense of our dinner. Then they had to put a note on like 100+ tables telling us to refrain from talking while the minister's making his speech. Haha, what a joke!

Was suppose to study. Ended up watching Land of the Dead with my dirtyboy. Pity it wasnt as fantastic as the 4 stars rating on papers. But still, i love the gory, violent, blood-gooing, lesbians kissing scene. =) Yes, there were tits in this show. No wonder the M18.

I think Million Dollar Baby is an awesome show. I like the ending (beginning and every other 'ings!'). *grins*

Saw Gracie and her colleagues today at Plaza's foodcourt. =) Think its almost time for a gathering with our class girls!! We needa press for full-attendence this time round. Haha.

Went out with my dirtyboy today. I'll let u guys on a secret: he's not really dirty, in fact, he smells damn good. I love boys who smell nice. =))

Haha. Caught THE MAID. Another lousy local production. But, the whole plot about Ah Soon, the crazy son, sexual assault etc etc was kinda fresh to me. I actually tried to focus hard whenever the overhead bridge scene came along, just to spot Chris and Shuming. Oh, Shuming's grandma did a great job! Haha..and there were so many car accidents in that un-creepy show!!

Ate, shopped before heading back to his condo for a workout at the gym. =) I love my baby!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He bought me a beautiful necklace! I'm blessed to've him around more often these days - to love and care for me and hold my hands, hug me all the time ((:

No school tmr, gonna go out and study. I better do well. Mom was nagging yesterday (again) because i kept glueing myself to the teevee. I'm the ultimate teevee girl. Just rented Million Dollar Baby. O_o

Was telling Cheryl how much i wanna get my beach-life back and she reminded me it's winter over at Melbourne. Well, it'll soon be spring right!

I finished Norwegian Wood last Sunday. Must admit i really dont like the ending at all. I'm a reader who prefers a 'proper' conclusion like whether the character died or they lived happily ever after. Not an ending whereby the narrator was clueless as to which continent he was standing on etc etc, maybe metopherically that'll be acceptable. And since its my 4th book by Murakami, i thought the sex parts (hands, lips, erection etc etc) were boring me to death. Can make do without those details right..

Anyhow, school has been keeping me real busy. All my lecturers are foreigners except the darn sociology one. She's local, young, transferred and blardy inexperienced. She wastes time on lightings, sitting arrangements, talking to the cutest boy (Read: Jamie) and getting the ugliest boys to erase the whiteboard(Read: Tiger, Lion, Sun, Loke) and getting us to shut out gap.

Okie, im equally as dumb to even mention about it. Off to get some readings done. Happy National Day. Love Singapore! =))

It'll last me for maybe "$39.90" days. Haha. Decided against a black one because i can get a classic black-better quality wallet anytime round the year. Im thinking LV. Hmm...more like when i grow up.

Met up with Sinyin and Jeje at their shop. Cool place. Haha..i miss SOUL!! Zouk on wed yea girls. Babes on the confirmed list're Liyu, Dine and myself. =)

Day ended after meeting Michelle, Preeti, Indran, Shuming and Edward at Starbucks. What i thought of the conversation was ... erm ... nevermind.

Then comes the silly comic relief when those dummies came out to sing when a tragedy happened to one of the kids. Haha, audience in the cinema was fantastic as well.

Most of all, without my dirtyboy, it wont be as enjoyable. =) Before we turned in, me, dirtyboy and my lil' sister had our so-called breakfast at 1am. Mom came home, and had a good laugh at us unworldly kids. Haha..greeted us with a hearty good morning and went to bed.

Eggs hurled;

Another episode whereby Mom yelled at Maid over dinner today. Now, just read and dont try anything dumb by dial-ing 999 for my poor Maid and said that Mom has abused her. Get real.

Normally, its a routine to have salted eggs with porridge (read:lunch). Rice's usually served during dinners. So, my dumb-dumb maid Jacq served it for dinner, ice-cold from the fridge. Got Mom worked up of course. Plus we had 5 dishes as compared to the normal fish, meat, veggie and soup. Plus plus older sis isnt with us (NTU hall), imagine the excess food. There's an overpopulation of women in the household, our appetite is small. Very small. After the usual scolding by Mom, Dadee will intervene and tell Mom to be nice to Maid and stuff.

Mom threatened to send the Jacq back. I'll be the first to die, really. Life as a lazy princess will end.

Aside: me and lil' sis sat there, stunned and all, wishing older sis was there to help out with the sitution. Would things have been in better control, i mused.

Because Dadee stupidly (kindly???) kept speaking up for the Maid and ended up trying to finish the disgustingly cold salted egg for her (Mom told the Maid to finish all by herself and not to throw them away), ended up making Mom more furious. So, guess what happened next? Read the title of this posting for a huge clue:

Yes, Mom took the eggs, threw them onto the floor, HARD. Oh great. We all got a shock. Then Dadee still smiled and happily argued back with Mom. Why cant Dadee just give in right, for our sake. Of course i was a little scared lar. It wasnt in Mom's genes to be so violent although her speech stinks and hurt like crazy (they're equally as loud). Alarming i must say.

Im trying to recover. Meanwhile, i seriously think the Maid started the whole episode and Dadee actually fueled the egg-mashing. Sometimes, all of them should just relax a little more. Temper management classes, thats what my Mom needs right?

But i understand, it isnt easy living up to Mom's expectations, even if you're just a domestic worker in our household. Not to mention, being a daughter. Whether my Maid's gonna have her 1st year anniversary here, its for Mom to decide.

Whatever it is, my concern is basically to have a maid. Dont preach to me about treating a human who has flown all the way from Philippines here nicely, cause i do. My parents'll be fine by tonight so im washing my hands off the 47 year olds. Haha.

Monday: filled with colours

Done with South of the Border, West of the Sun in a day. I loved that novel! Really resembled The Age of Innocence alot!! Amazing huh! Two different centuries-love plot never changes.

Afternoon with Lesley was lovely. She companied me to UOB for almost an hour! Please remember that n*****s song i sang to you. Haha.Again again!! I wanna go out with you again!! I'll get my square-cut jeans this time round..and damn..need a card holder/decent wallet that can store many many cards.Next week alrights darling??

Watch The Island with dirtyboy (his male friend kinda joined us). Well, it didnt affect us a single bit though. Haha, it was good at the beginning. After Delta and Echo escaped, the whole plot didnt catch my attention anymore. So, attention has to be placed elsewhere.O_o

I saw Daryl when i returned from the loo!! The one outside GV Plaza. My heart totally skipped a beat. Then i remembered he wanted. All i ever asked of now is friendship. But i know i have to give it up..i dont understand why cant the mess be fixed like other times..

Did i mention i skipped 2 lectures today? Guilty but i'll try my very best not to repeat it again. Pauline told me the Socio lecturer bullied her when i wasnt around. Aww...my lesbian darling... *chuckles* Revenge on wednesday yea! We shall've an intelligence attack on that bitch. =)
