Eliza sis blog post is so so so true. Mom's at Bangkok and everyone is leading their own lives.

Sad but true.

Was working at SingTel Tampines Roadshow over the weekend. Paid $8/hr to register SIM/Hi!cards. But the focal point of the roadshow was to promote broadband subscription so i didnt have ANY biz at all. Went to help Roger with his redemption duty. Sometimes i'll pack the tentage or help give out complimentary mineral water. What i hate is answering questions from the public about our promotion. They (the aunties and uncles) just dont get it. Actually i know how to do broadband registration, but haha, not my jobscope for this roadshow.

Overall, it was tiring doing nothing productive. Surfing the net, taking long lunch breaks, laughing, 'chit-chatting' with customers. But i had fun working. Clocked in 22.5hours . I didnt even sleep that much during those 2 days.

Now im like some regular SingTel roadshow staff. Haa. Jessica, Esther..all very nice. =) Most of all must must must thank May from LnK (Staff Services) for offering me the job! Hope i didnt disappoint anyone!

Babyboy came and fetch me home from work, as bad as my mood may be due to something something, and me throwing tantrums, you still showered me with kisses and hugs. Thank you love. Sigh.

Post script; i didnt open my eyes when we were ****ing, i was smsing when u tried to **** me!!! O_o

Last Friday evening was spent with Liyu babe. Yummy egg tauhui..haha. Seeya soon! Maybe coming Friday can get the rest of the girls to have dinner at Gardens too! How's ur manicure? Haa..ruined i believe. Grins.

After Bioskin it'll be Bugis for timesheet afterwhich is school admin stuff then meeting Peichin & Faith for birthday celebration in town.

Papa's 2nd death anniversry.

Went IHM for mass with my 2 sisters, Godma, Godbro and many other God-relatives. Afterwhich we went down to the colomborium and prayed for him. I still cannot believe he left us..he left me.

On this very day, 2 years ago, he passed on. And hopefully to a better place called Heaven. =)

I'll never forget what hard it was for me, to look at him in the coffin. I didnt want to. Its not easy to tell yourself that the person u loved so deeply is gone.

Why didnt he wait for me to say goodbye.

I miss you dearly, Papa.

I must have changed alot since PL days.

Might be out of duty or pride of being a prefect, i'll pick up litter along corridoors even though they dirty my hands. But now, i've become quite lazy and irresponsible, finding a bin that is. Sometimes, when u need one, and just dont see any nearby.

My dressing has changed. Back in those days, i wear whatever i think is nice. Never to worry about how others will scrutinise me. Now, i've my own style but still, semi-conscious at the way people looks at me.

Dressing to impress, for my own comfort, or keeping up with fashion.

I never use to talk back to my parents even though they like to accuse me of things which i didnt do. Now, its almost the 10th day since i last spoke to Dadee after the huge quarrel. Middlechild symdroms are surfacing.

I hardly curse or bitch back in the past. Now it just flows naturally outta my mouth when im provoked. I must be having too much issues with myself.

Whilst im busy putting pages of scrap together in the afternoon, and hooked onto The Tenth Circle, sometimes i still cannot figure out my existance in this world.

Town-ed with Eliza sis and woman yesterday. Went to library@orchard. Wanted to get more reference books at Borders with the 30% cut-out-coupon but couldn't find the exact book i was looking for.

Even Topshop/Zara/Forever21/Tannlines was boring. But Pepperlunch's delicious. =)

Rushed down to Istana to watch ChangeOfGuards. Missed the part whereby they (Shu) march down from Heerens. The drills were carried out better this time.

Browsed through more stuff at SDU and MadewithLove. Inspired as usual. The next few pages of my scrapbook shall be even more impressive! But i need a table to hammer the metal embellisments onto the page. Bang bang bang!! Haa. I wanna go for the 7 gypies board book class next month!!! 70buckeroos. Damn.

I swear to cut down on my expenditure for this month.

Babyboy came over after dinner. That sillyboy got hooked onto Feeding Frenzy for 90mins, squealing everytime he see those cute fishes and when he puffs up into a larger fish. He likes sucking the tiny fishes into his mouth. Haha. Its funny watching him play a non-violent game. Very cute and sexy in fact. *grins* I dont like it when he plays those fighting games (with the K.O. thingy). Feels like im watchin a killer at work.

Oh baby..you're just so sweet and everything. Except when you finished my b&j's Fossil Fuel and when i saw the disgusting state of the Ripcurl bag i loaned ya. *pout*

Gonna be a long and boring week. No job assignments till Sunday at Indonesia Embassy. A great time to sit back and read The Tenth Circle, get my scrap-page done up and revise marketing notes.

Jenalyn's surprise party at Sentosa. Made an effort to attend even though i was having headache. Was a success and glad the birthday girl is happy. In my memory, its prolly the 2nd time at Southernmost and im still very wow-ed by that place. Nice night breeze, great company (Faith, Peichin, Weiqi, Melissa, Robbi) and fantastic night scenery. What it lacked was babyboy's pressence. O_o

Was also last day at DTC counting SingTel Hi! cards. Total of 68,000 and 57,196. Goodness gracious. Enuff to put me to bed. No more sea-of-red for the time being. Next SingTel job assignment is next Sunday at the Indonesia Embassy with Faith. It's officially the 29th time i've seen her since holidays began. *gasps!*

Went home shacked and fell into a deep sleep..

Friday:
A rushed (for lack of better time management) day.

Bioskin for an hour or so, couldnt complete the entire treatment and left after mask was removed. Poor therapist, i got her all flustered. Haha. Damn the outbreak.

Rushed down to Plaza Singapura for scrapbook class with Emily sister and her pretty friend Rachel. Learnt a lil' more on how to use embellisments like hinges and work with colours. I hammered my frikkin' thumb twice while getting eyelets into my cardstock!!!!!! *whines* Must comment that the theory part bore me to death. Haha. Teacher Kelly was helpful and said i've good colour sense, i got praised twice by another student (she's a mother-to-be) in class, and the other few bosses in the shop. Haha, that made me happy and more confident. Must do more research work and get inspiration.

Though the duration of class was supposedly 3.5hours, we left only after 5hours. It was close to 7pm by the time we packed up and i havent had a single meal for the day! Haha. Totally carried away hammering and pasting and tying and matting my page, i forgot my stomach was empty. Indeed, the scrapbook page was MadewithY. *grins*

Dinner before heading down to MarinaBay with Emily sister and Yunhao for the fireworks display. Oh my goodness. Spectacular! Exploded right infront of my eyes, how amazing is that! Totally overwhelmed by how that made me feel. Really. Everybody sitting on the grass patch was wow-ed by the new and different designs in the nightsky. Applauded (to nobody or anything in particular) after the display was over. Haha. But those ugly Singaporeans left their litter all over the place, as usual. *shakes head*

That got me pissed for 5mins. Thank goodness nothing was deleted.

Ikea sales was good. Got my favourite quilt set at a reduced price. Dined in with Emily sis and Yunhao. Yums! But the place was uber packed with human beings. I hate crowds. Unless they're coming to see me. Haha. Kidding there.

Festival of Praise 06' wasn't too bad. But i'll love it better if Hillsong was the invited group. Delirious next year. =) Had Faith and Jenalyn (with other friends) again this year. And i saw the parachute guys coming down from the helicopter when i was on my way there. Reminded me of airborne class babyboy had to go for when he was serving NS earlier this year.

And so i felt a little wheeny bit of God's pressence there. I'll give myself the benefit of the doubt.

Sunday spent with babyboy at home. Just reading next to each other on the bed, hugging. Though he whined on wanting to catch the news on teevee. I was like...wow. You wanna watch news?! Hurhs.

It feels like a rather short week. Holiday's good.

Met up with Jenn after 5 months or so. When u saw me in an emotional mess. A simple meal with you is always good. Except i needa drink alot of water. You know why. Haha.

Counted SingTel Hi! cards for the 6th time. Tmr'll be the last day. Gonna miss the place and job. Haha. Because they've so much goodies in the warehouse!! And lotsa lemon barley for me to sip and Mint Plus for me to chew. O_o

2 more Singtel assignments for this month. After which i wanna start preparing for term seriously.

Anyways, had breakfast with Mom and sisters today. Then wenta walk walk here and there. Mom bought me The Tenth Circle by Jodi Picoult, a novel i've always wanted to read. It's currently the 3rd book i've read by this author.

Firework display was a spectacular. The view from my place is good enough. But i wish i was there at the stadium soaking up the atmosphere instead. Haha. And yes, it felt extra extra proud to be a Singaporean today. *grins*

Our temper was all over the place today for different reasons. But friends'll always be friends once it blows over. =)

Keep telling myself to stop buying clothes. Though unsuccessful today, i am determined to save up, starting tmr. O_o

SDU (wheelock) : Attended the course with Faith this evening, was refreshing! Teacher's really nice. Helped me do this and that, suggested this and that. Real nice lady! And my first 12' x 12' is still incomplete after 3hours. Gotta work hard to beautify it. Most of all, you need the effort, time, creativity and money to have a lovely outcome. Shall post up pics of what i've done in class today after i've done the final touches.

Then i'll start on a 'real' and smaller scrapbook. The course is just to get the thang going. Inspiration is needed. Trust me. Wah, can be stressful in class. Equipments're nice to play with as well! This is indeed my latest hobby. Screw the gym. Haha.

Scrapbooking is my latest indulge i swear!! Totally inspired to put together a book for baybeeboy and myself. =) At least if i start now, i'll make it in time for his birthday, which is kinda our anniversary as well. Excitment!!

All those ribbons and eyelets and hatches and papers just make me wanna sit down for the next 120123718712 hours to piece everything together. Oh yeah.

Spotlight, Art Friend, Made with Love and SDU is gonna be my next shopping paradise.

Couldn't resist the lovely white dress at bYSI. Haha. Mango sold a similar one at twice/thrice the price a couple of months back. Obviously i had to alter the ridiculous length. O_o

Problem is when i'll get the chance to 'display' it. Haha.

Because of excessive shopping and the expensive scrapbooking hobby, im kinda broke. Thank goodness im paid quite well at work. So, i'll be busy saving now.
