Was discussing with a regular customer if i should move LJ and change to a cooler name. Haha. I work as hard as a bull for every cent earned. So these are words of encouragement from her that made my day:

Student package sounded economically-possible for the budget conscious me.

Damn upset.

This customer said i am unethical and didnt disclose some information about a $29 bag i was selling on my LJ.

But it was obviously a bad case of negligent and innocent misrepresentation on her part. Which part of the word: fits a4 horizontally does she not understand.

And now she thinks im earning a lot by offering to charge her 20% off her next purchase out of goodwill. I don't do exchanges and refunds for goods in excellent condition. And i certainly don't offer discounts (not even to friends) as frequently to shoppers who didnt have a good online shopping experience on my LJ. They can't read English. What to do. Do i look like i live in a mansion with a huge arse swimming pool!

I always try to be nice. But there'll be some devil forces out there pulling me back from being nice.

Go file/report this case to Small Claims Tribunals for all i care. Measurements are stated on my LJ. Everything is in black and white. God be my witness.

Was totally on potato chips everyday last week.

I am shamelessly fat and lazy as of 23 March 2009.

Met Luke and lil sis (they-friend & sis' bf have the same name AND surname) at MS Color to get my dslr and f2.8 17-50 lens. With screen and uv protector, totalled up to $2018. I'm frikkin poor now. Will have to sell another 100 piece of clothing to earn back everything. Which means i have to work damn hard this 2 months (and every other day in fact). I am officially working from home and feeling very stressed. I don't feel particularly happy or sad after purchasing the camera and lens (finally), not sure why. A lot to learn and read up on. Definitely a worthy investment for my online businesses (: Cheers to that.

Speaking of which, the new collection which was launched on Saturday evening, selling quite well. Buyers were prompt on payment (: and so far no problems tallying payments and sending out invoices. Hopefully i get 0% dead buyers and i am definitely looking forward to a good profit figure when i close account for this collection. Wish me luck and spread the word of my online shopblog! :b

Imagine my reply. Asian girls are full of shit. I am very happy working with Americans (at BofA) and Canadians (my stall partner). I am not shy or plain mean. 3 days at SMU bazaar was good. Made new friends, enjoyed chatting with the buyers who do not think that i am a freak, listening to Natalie's stories, seeing familiar faces(gloria, eugene, joseph, cant remb the names of the rest)..made lots of money clearing old stocks.

I just got this long email from a customer.

She gave me 3 choices for the color of dress she wanted. I mistakenly mailed her the second choice. I apologized.

Basically i think she didn't liked the way i handled this problem. I don't like it too. But i'm so soaked up in work, im pooped out! Bad excuse i know.

But why would i want any shopper to be unhappy? So far, everyone had a good shopping experience on my LJ.

Oh sigh. i didn't want to explain too much so i told her to mail me back and i'll be glad to mail her the right color. All correspondences were exchanged in a gentle and non-hostile manner.
Then she decided that she'll make do with the black but asked for a huge discount on her 2nd piece. I obliged.

Another buyer was complaining about how it didn't turned out the way she thought it would. So i told her to send me back the piece and i'll be happy to mail her the sample piece which the model wore. That way, there wouldn't be any sort of discrepancy. And i promised to throw in a piece from my collections, of her choice, for free.

I go through miles to satisfy buyers. But i find it unrewarding, sometimes.

They didn't knock like all other guests.
They called out "hello...".
Quite impressed. Very polite and friendly (and cute) (:

They bought ice cream out of their own money/intentions just to share God's love for me/family.
So we chatted albeit.
I'm touched. Very.

As in i know God loves me. I love him too.
But what these guys did, wow. It is wonderful.
Its not the ice-cream. Its what they did because they love God and want my family to have all the goodness as well.
Maybe, just maybe, we can save our parents someday..somehow..
